The Ascent Collective House Rules & Guidelines
At The Ascent Collective, our rules are designed to create a safe, structured, and supportive space where residents can focus fully on their recovery. Our goal is to maintain an environment that promotes accountability, personal growth, and long-term sobriety.
Smoking & Vaping
- Smoking and vaping are allowed only in designated outdoor areas.
- Absolutely no smoking or vaping is permitted inside the homes.
Pets
- Pets are not allowed to live on-site full-time.
- Visiting pets are welcome for brief visits but cannot stay overnight or reside in the homes.
Visitors
- Family and friends are welcome to visit and spend time in the common areas.
- Significant others or spouses may visit in shared spaces but are not permitted in residents’ bedrooms.
House Expectations
- Residents agree to participate in regular drug and alcohol testing (urinalysis and breathalyzer) to ensure a sober living environment.
- Each resident is responsible for keeping personal and shared spaces clean and attending weekly house meetings.
- We expect all residents to treat others with respect, maintain personal accountability, and contribute to a positive community culture.
Zero-Tolerance Policy
To protect the safety and sobriety of our community, we enforce a strict zero-tolerance policy:
- No drugs or alcohol on the property
- No weapons of any kind
- No violence or fighting
Violation of these policies will result in immediate dismissal from the home.
These guidelines are in place to help every resident focus on building a life of stability, growth, and freedom from addiction. We are committed to providing a safe place to recover, rebuild, and rise.
